Kwa Njenga Centre

Though the primary CANA facilities are located in the Sinai village of Mukuru, another CANA community centre has been established across the river in an area known as Kwa Njenga. Lack of resources prevents the Kwa Njenga Centre from providing clinical services, so the satellite organization focuses instead on extending CANA's community presence. They enable the Home Based Care and Weekly Feeding Programs to serve a broader population as well as disseminating vital information on HIV and Tuberculosis.
